EP Entertainment LLC. Is seeking creative, self-directed, tech-savvy, social media, graphics design and personal assistant interns that can help build and maintain the company’s and its artist online brand presence in the field of Entertainment and to provide Intern with an educational learning experience about the company’s day-to-day business.
This internship is for the Interns benefit to receive training and mentoring, and to provide valuable experience for future job selection, application and performance in the field of Entertainment.

Position Summary:
The role involves assisting and working with EP Entertainment staff and executives to build and execute a clearly defined social media strategy across all active social media channels in a manner that supports the engagement, traffic generation and editorial initiatives. To aid as personal assistant(s) with the day-to-day involvement and administrative duties of the company and their roster of artist. To build a diverse graphics design team. The team roster includes, “B. Smyth” Motown Universal records. “Sebastian Kole” Motown records. “Alessia Cara” Def Jam recordings, “Ahsan” Interscope records. And “Dylan Hyde” Motown records.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring, maintaining and updating social media channels (twitter, facebook, instagram etc.

Implementing social strategies and campaigns.

Researching and contacting entertainment blogs and websites for story submissions.

Building and developing online, engaging conversations around the EP brand and its roster.

Assisting with content development.
-
Acting as an personal assistant to certain departments within the EP brand

Perform all work allocated to intern to the best of intern’s ability:
-
Exercise all due care and skill;
-
Comply with all lawful and reasonable directions and instructions given to the Intern by officers or employees of the Company during the course of the Internship;

Comply with any and all Company policies and procedures that apply, or may apply, to the Intern during the course of the Internship;
-
At all times comply with any and all legislation, codes or guidelines, in whatever form, that are applicable to the Intern

Undergo any and all training that the Company deems necessary to enable the Intern to safely and efficiently perform the Intern's duties during the Internship.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Wordpress, Wix.com and best practices for blogging.

Stays up-to-date with latest news in music/art/entertainment.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Interested and passionate about social media and digital strategies.

Admin capabilities, able to converse intelligently and maintain a professional presence.
SEO, HTML is an asset
All Interns must be committed to a minimum of (2) months at approximately 20-25 hours per week. This is a work-from-home position/opportunity that may require you to operate between different time zones. This opportunity will begin asap.
This is an unpaid internship. EP Entertainment LLC. Will offer a letter of recommendation upon completion and will help build the essential skills needed for your portfolio. Note that if credit is available from your school for participation in an internship program we are glad to work with you to meet any requirements for receiving credit.
